中国农村厕所改造现状及长效管理机制研究

Research on Status Quo and Long-term Management of Rural Toilet Renovation in China

农村厕所改造是实现乡村振兴的重要组成部分,其对于建设美丽乡村,改善农村人居生活环境具有重要的意义。但在农村厕所改造建设中,如何做好既能“建的好”,更能“管得好”成为进一步做好农村厕所改造的关键性工作。根据国家和地方农村厕所改造规范,结合各地区的统计数据,系统总结了中国农村厕所改造现状,对各地农村厕所改造的地域差异进行了分析。同时,针对各地“重建设”“轻管理”等一系列问题,对问题产生的原因进行了分析,对农村厕所长效管理机制进行了研究与探讨,并提出了进一步推进农村厕所改造的思考。

The renovation of rural toilets is an important part of realizing rural revitalization.It is of great significance for building beautiful villages and improving the living environment of rural residents.However,reconstruction and construction of rural toilets is not only a question ofconstruction.Good management is also a key task for further improving rural toilets.According to the national and local rural toilet renovation norms,the current situation of rural toilet renovation in China is systematically summarized by combined with the statistical data of various regions.The regional differences in rural toilet renovation in various regions are analyzed.In response to a series of issues such as“emphasis on construction”and“light management”in various regions,the reasons for the problems were analyzed.The long-term management mechanism of rural toilets was researched and discussed,and thoughts on further promoting the transformation of rural toilets were put forward.
