The real estate industry is one of the pillar industries in China.The prosperity of the real estate industry has also attracted a large number of developers to the industry in order to obtain considerable economic benefits.However,the negative impact of large-scale real estate development on the environment is becoming more and more serious.It not only has an adverse impact on the health of the public,but also often triggers civil disputes.Therefore,more and more people are beginning to pay attention to and devote themselves to solving the negative impact of real estate development on the environment.This article analyzes the impact of real estate development on the environment,and gives corresponding measures and suggestions on how to minimize the damage of real estate development to the environment,so as to realize the coordinated development of real estate development and environmental protection.
