摘要
随着中国铝工业大气污染排放标准逐步趋严,原有除尘技术无法满足要求,急需技术升级改造。研究针对氢氧化铝焙烧炉高温、高湿、高腐蚀等烟气特点,从放电极形式及材料的选择、高温防膨胀结构的设计、高性能合金滤料的研发三个方面进行技术攻关,开发了高温超净电袋复合除尘技术并进行了工程应用与分析。经某铝厂示范工程的测试,表明高温超净电袋复合除尘技术在氢氧化铝焙烧炉可稳定实现烟气颗粒物出口排放浓度≤10 mg/m3,且运行阻力可长期低于500 Pa运行。
As the air pollution emission standards for China's aluminum industry become stricter,the existing dust removal technology cannot meet new requirements and technical upgrades are needed.Aiming at the high temperature,high humidity,and high corrosion of the flue gas from the aluminum hydroxide roaster,this paper conducts technical research from three aspects:the selection of discharge electrode form and material,the design of high-temperature anti-expansion structure,and the research and development of high-performance alloy filter materials.The high-temperature ultra-clean electrostatic-fabric integrated technology has been developed and applied in engineering.Tests results show that the high-temperature ultra-clean electrostatic-fabric integrated technology can stably achieve the emission standard of export flue gas particles≤10mg/m3 in the aluminum hydroxide roasting furnace,and the operating resistance can be operated under 500Pa for a long time,achieving both environmental and economic benefits.
