摘要
研究了喷丸与未喷丸S30432钢在635℃/25 MPa的超临界蒸汽中的氧化行为。氧化3000 h后,分析了氧化膜表面及横截面形貌、微观结构和元素分布,对氧化膜结构和物相进行了表征。结果表明:喷丸与未喷丸S30432钢的氧化动力学都遵循幂指数氧化规律,喷丸S30432钢的抗蒸汽氧化性能显著优于未喷丸S30432钢,喷丸处理可促使材料表面形成致密富Cr氧化层;喷丸S30432钢表面形成的氧化膜为(Fe,Cr,Ni)_(3)O_(4)及少量Fe2O3和Fe_(3)O_(4),未喷丸S30432钢表面氧化膜外层为Fe_(2)O_(3)和Fe_(3)O_(4),氧化膜内层主要为(Fe,Cr,Ni)_(3)O_(4)。
The supercritical steam oxidation behavior of the shot peened and non-shot peened S30432 steel at the condition of 635℃and 25 MPa was studied.After oxidation for 3000 h,the morphology,microstructure and element distribution of the surface and the cross-section of the oxide film were determined,and the structure and phases of the oxide film were characterized.The results show that both shot peened and non-shot peened S30432 steel follow the law of power exponent oxidation and the steam oxidation resistance of shot peened S30432 steel is significantly better than that of non-shot peened S30432 steel.Shot peening can facilitate the formation of dense chromium-rich oxide layer.The oxide film formed on the surface of shot peened S30432 steel is(Fe,Cr,Ni)_(3)O_(4) and a small amount of Fe2O3 and Fe_(3)O_(4),while the outer layer of the oxide film of non-shot peened S30432 steel is Fe_(2)O^(3) and Fe_(3)O_(4),and the inner layer of oxide film is mainly(Fe,Cr,Ni)_(3)O_(4).
