育训结合视角下高职院校师资队伍建设研究

Research on the Construction of Teaching Staff in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of the Combination of Education and Training

育训结合是中国特色职业教育发展模式的重要特征,育训结合视角下的高职院校高水平师资队伍建设是提升人才培养培训质量的重要保障。分析育训结合人才培养模式下高职院校师资队伍建设面临的课程思政、新入职教师培养、专兼职教师短板及教师国际化水平等问题,提出高职院校在“双师型”教师培养、教师差异化培养、拓展教师国际化视野等方面的建设路径,促进高职院校社会服务能力和人才培养培训质量的提升。

The combination of education and training is an important feature of the development mode of Chinese characteristic vocational education,and the construction of high-level teachers in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of combination of education and training is an important guarantee to improve the quality of talent training.This paper analyses some issues existed in the process of teaching staff constuction such as curriculum ideology and politics project,training of new teachers,shortcomings of full-time and part-time teachers and the level of internationalization of teachers,and put forward construction path of higher vocational colleges in aspects of"Double-qualified"teacher training,teachers′differentiation cultivation and international vision expansion of teachers,with the aim of promoting the social service ability and talent training quality of higher vocational colleges.
