China′s economy has turned from high-speed growth to high-quality development,a large number of technical skilled personnel is needed to support the technical foundation of the whole society.The construction of teaching staff is the bottleneck of the training of technical talents in the new era.With the goal of building higher le-vel of teaching,guided by relevant policies and regulations,and the direction of industrial development,the new path of teaching staff construction under the background of new vocational education is explored.
