坚持党对教育工作的领导是办好教育的根本保证,必须促进党建与业务融合发展,并以党建与业务深度融合推进学校各项事业高质量发展。推进高职院校党建与业务高质量融合发展,必须树立和贯彻“党建+”融合发展理念,建立健全“党建+”治理体系,促进党政干部队伍深度融合,实现学生思想政治素质和专业技能融合发展。

The leadership of the Communist Party of China is the fundamental guarantee for successful education career.It is necessary to promote the integrated development of Party construciton and professinal work.To promote the high-quality integrated development of Party construction and professial work in higher vocational colleges,we must establish and implement the concept of"Party construction+"integrated development,establish and improve the"Party construction+"governance system,deepen the integration of the ranks of Party and government cadres,and realize the integrated development of students′ideological and political quality and professional skills.
