Research on the Connection and Integration of China′s High Speed Rail Industry Chain,Talent Chain and Professional Chain

产业链、人才链、专业链(以下简称“三链”)的对接与融合是推进职业教育高质量发展的必然要求,分析“三链”的内涵与逻辑关系,以及中国高铁产业实现“三链”融合的必要性,并从完善职业教育专业群顶层设计、促进产教有效融合、健全政策体系等方面提出了“三链”融合的策略。

The connection and integration of industry chain,talent chain and professional chain(hereinafter referred to as"three chains")is an inevitable requirement to promote the high-quality development of vocational education.This paper analyzes the connotation and logical relationship of"three chains"and the necessity of realizing the integration of"three chains"in China′s high-speed railway industry.It also puts forward the strategy of"three-chain"integration from the aspects of perfecting the top-level design of professional group of vocational education,promoting the effective integration of production and education,and perfecting the policy system.
