摘要 输电线路动态增容技术可提高现有输电系统的传输效率和传输容量,以适应日益增长的电力需求和新能源整合需要。然而,电力系统安全稳定运行对输电线路动态增容结果的可靠性提出了极高的要求。针对线路增容可靠性问题,分析了输电线路数据采集技术的主要限制因素,分类比较了不同感知分析方法的优势和不足,对比了几种输电线路动态增容系统应用架构,并举例介绍了现阶段输电线路动态增容技术在实际工程中的应用情况。分别从数据采集技术、感知分析技术、系统应用架构和工程实践4个方面指出了现有输电线路动态增容技术的研究重点以及存在的局限性,并据此指出了未来的研究方向。 Dynamic rating technology of transmission lines can improve the transmission efficiency and transmission capacity of the existing transmission system to meet the increasing power demand and new energy integration needs.However,in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system,extremely high requirements are put forward for the reliability of dynamic rating results of transmission lines.For the reliability problem of line rating,the main limiting factors of data acquisition technologies for transmission lines are analyzed,the advantages and disadvantages of different perception analysis methods are classified and compared,several application architectures of dynamic rating system are compared,and the cases are given to introduce the application of dynamic rating technology of transmission lines in actual projects at this stage.The research focus and limitations of the existing dynamic rating technology of transmission lines are pointed out from four aspects,i.e.,data acquisition technology,perception analysis technology,system application architecture and engineering practice,and the future research areas are given accordingly.
