燃气轮机发电机组半物理仿真实验教学系统设计

摘要 探讨了燃气轮机发电机组半物理仿真实验教学系统的设计。针对燃气轮机的动力装置占地空间大、运行和维护成本较高、安全风险较大、很难进行实际机组的实验教学工作等问题,建立了一套燃气轮机发电机组半物理仿真实验教学系统,该系统由燃气轮机实时仿真系统、发电机组实物系统和控制运行演示系统三部分组成,该实验系统根据燃气轮机发电机组进行了半物理缩比设计,并按照实际功能进行位置布放,利用数字仿真、半物理仿真和演示运行,实现了教学场景的沉浸性和教学方式的交互性,很好地解决了教学内容抽象、专业知识难以理解与实际运用相脱节的问题,直观再现了燃气轮机发电机组在实际工作过程中的工作特性,能够丰富教师的教学手段和教学方式,改变以往沉闷的课堂教学,真正做到虚实结合,适应经济社会快速发展对人才培养的新要求。 The research explores the design of teaching system of semi-physical simulation experiment of the gas turbine generator set.There are some problems in the experiment teaching,such as the large space of power plant of gas turbine,high operation and maintenance cost,great security risk,and difficulty in experiment teaching of practical set.A set of teaching system of semi-physical simulation experiment of the gas turbine generator set is established,which is consisted with three parts,i.e.real-time simulation system of gas turbine,entity system of generator set and control running demonstration system.According to the gas turbine generator set,we design the semi-physical scaling in the experimental system;allocate according to the practical function,achieve the immerse of teaching scene and the interaction of teaching method through the utilization of digital simulation,semi-physical simulation and demonstration operation;and solve the problems,such as abstract teaching content,difficulty in understanding professional knowledge and disjoint with practical application.The operation characteristics of gas turbine generator set in practical operation process are directly represented,teaching means and methods are enriched,traditional tedious course teaching is changed,and the combination of virtuality and reality is achieved.This meets the new requirement of talent training from the rapid development of economic and society.
