摘要
为了改善基层医疗人才匮乏现状,从医学高职院校人才培养机制角度出发,剖析一些高校毕业生不愿意服务基层医疗的原因,从而研究有助于基层医疗建设的优化措施。
In order to improve the current situation of the shortage of grassroots medical talents,from the perspective of personnel training mechanism of medical vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the reasons why some college graduates are not willing to serve grassroots medical care,so as to study the optimization measures which are conducive to the primary medical care construction.
