摘要
对从电路分析实验教学到产业化人才培养进行探究。要做到有教无类,因材施教;以问题为导向,以解决问题为目标;抓住重点,以点带面;校企融合,打破壁垒。教师要先具备扎实的专业能力和分层次教学的意识,在教学过程中发现并引导多角度思维,激发本科生的兴趣与创新意识。教师要设计适合基础类课程的拓展内容,并激发学生的思考与创新能力,从而锻炼学生解决问题的能力。坚持以产业需求倒逼课程培养,促进创新链与人才培养链、产业链的有效对接,重点突破与全面辐射相结合,带动院系内其他课程乃至其他院系教学理念的整体提升。构建高校与企业之间的桥梁,在基础教育与产业化发展之间形成高速路,加速我国集成电路行业的发展。结合目前我国集成电路产业的迫切发展需求合理安排教学内容,对培养集成电路领域产业化人才具有至关重要的意义。
The research explores from circuit analysis experiment teaching to industrialization talent training.It is suggested to make no social distinctions in teaching,and teach students in accordance with their aptitudes;take problem orientation,and take the problem-solving as the target;grasp the key points,promote work in all areas by drawing upon;integrate the school with the enterprise,and break the barriers.Teachers should be qualified with the solid consciousness of professional ability and hierarchical teaching,find and guide with multi-dimensional thinking in the teaching process,and stimulate the interest and innovation consciousness of the college students.Teachers should design the expansion contents,which is suitable for the foundation class,stimulate the student’s thinking and innovation ability,and train the students problem-solving ability.It is suggested to force the course training according to the industry demand,promote the effective connection of innovation,talent training and industry chains,combine emphasis breakthrough and comprehensive radiation,and promote the overall improvement in other course in the department and even other departments;to construct the bridge between colleges and enterprises,form fast communication pathway between basic education and industrialization development,and speed up the development of integrated circuit industry in China.Rational arrangement of the teaching content through combining with the urgent development demand of integrate circuit industry in China is very important for the training of industrialization talents in the integrated circuit field.
