探讨了校企合作下职业院校学生工匠精神培育策略。概述了工匠精神的内涵,分析了校企合作下职业院校学生工匠精神培育的必要性,主要体现在对企业品牌打造具有促进作用,有利于塑造企业文化。提出了校企合作下职业院校学生工匠精神的培育对策,应始终坚持立德树人的教育理念,将工匠精神与专业课程相结合,提升学生的职业境界,使人才培育更具针对性与方向性,从而培养职业院校学生的责任意识,使其在工作岗位中充分发挥个人价值,形成团结合作、爱岗敬业的职业精神,促进学生的成长与发展,满足企业对技能型人才的需求。

The research explores the strategies of the cultivation of craftsman spirit of the students in the vocational college under the school-enterprise cooperation,summarizes the connotation of craftsman spirit,and analyzes the necessity of the cultivation of craftsman spirit of the students in the vocational college under the school-enterprise cooperation,which mainly reflects in the promotion function of enterprise branding,and the benefit in creating enterprise culture.Cultivation countermeasures of the craftsman spirit of the students in the vocational college under the school-enterprise cooperation are proposed,i.e.to adhere to strengthening moral education and cultivating people,combine craftsman spirit with professional course,improve student’s professional ability,make talent training be more targeted and orientated,train the responsibility consciousness of students in the vocational college,make students fully play their role in their working position,form the professional spirit of cooperation and devotion,promote student’s development,and make them satisfy the demand of skill-oriented talents from the enterprise.
