摘要
对新形势下应用型本科院校辅导员学业指导能力提升策略进行研究。对高等教育的理解不深,应用能力的水平不高,对应用技术缺乏一定兴趣,这是应用型本科院校多数学生的不足。与学生的沟通不畅,对人才培养理念不够理解,对先进技术和理念的掌握不够熟练,这是应用型本科院校辅导员学业指导存在的问题。对此,辅导员应建立线上学业指导渠道,采用人性化的学业指导方式,建立良好的师生关系,以期不断提升对学生的学业指导能力,为高校的应用型人才培养做出积极贡献。
The research analyzes the promotion strategy of counselor’s academic guidance ability in the application-oriented university under the new situation.There are disadvantages in most students in the application-oriented university,i.e.not deep understanding of higher education,low application ability,and lack of certain application technology.There are problems in counselors of the application-oriented university,i.e.not good communication with students,lack of talent training concept,not skilled grasp of advanced technology and concept.Therefore,counselors should establish online academic guidance channel,adopt humanized academic guidance method,and establish good teacher-student relationship,in order to improve student’s academic guidance ability,and positively contribute to applied talent training.
