基于“以学生为中心”教育理念的高校学生工作实践研究——以山东理工大学资源与环境工程学院为例

以山东理工大学资源与环境工程学院为例,对基于“以学生为中心”教育理念的高校学生工作进行探讨。分析了“以学生为中心”教育理念的内涵及高校学生工作坚持“以学生为中心”教育理念的现实意义,探索了“以学生为中心”视角下高校学生工作的实践路径。山东理工大学资源与环境工程学院坚持“以学生为中心”教育理念,在学生教育、管理方式转变上进行了实践探索,历经沉淀,基本实现富有资环特色的“五有”人才落地结果。
