探讨了发展本科层次职业教育存在的问题及对策。本科层次职业教育是当今我国职业教育体系的一项重要内容,促进其发展是现代职业教育体系发展的重要要求。发展本科层次及职业教育需要解决制度保障亟需完善、传统观念根深蒂固、教师队伍有待提高等问题,要解决这些问题,必须要完善职业教育体系、转变传统思想观念、加强师资队伍建设,以促进职业教育的发展。

The research explores the problems of undergraduate vocational education and countermeasures.Undergraduate vocational education is the important content of China’s vocational education system.The promotion of its development is the important requirement of modern vocational education system.There are problems in the development of undergraduate and vocational education,such as the requirement of the imperfect of system insurance,deep traditional concept,and the need of the improvement of teacher staff.In order to solve the problems,it is necessary to perfect vocational education system,transfer traditional thinking concept,and strengthen teaching staff construction,in order to promote the development of vocational education.
