摘要 为探索基于小规模限制性课程(small private online course,SPOC)的混合课程在“眼科学”课程教学中的应用、评价实施效果并对未来教学模式进行思考,选取2017级口腔专业及临床专业学生为研究对象,对两组学生分别实施基于SPOC的混合课程教学模式(实验组)与传统教学模式(对照组)。通过学生平时作业的完成情况,以问卷调查表形式统计学生对教学方法的认可度和学习效果的评分,来评估两种模式的教学效果。结果显示,实验组学生与对照组相比,平时作业完成率明显提高,对教学方法的认可度和学习效果的评分更高,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。从而得出,基于SPOC的混合课程在“眼科学”课程中应用效果良好,对未来“眼科学”教学改革具有积极作用。 Objective:To explore the application of mixed curriculum based on small private online course(SPOC)in ophthalmology teaching,evaluate the implementation effect and think about the future teaching mode.Methods:Grade 2017 stomatological and clinical students were selected as the research objects,and SPOC based mixed course teaching(experimental group)and traditional teaching(control group)were implemented for the two groups of students respectively.Through the completion of the students’homework,and the questionnaire form,the score of the students’recognition of the teaching method and the learning effect are counted to evaluate the teaching effect of the two modes.Results:Compared with the control group,the students in the experimental group had a significantly higher rate of homework completion,higher scores of recognition of teaching methods and learning effect,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of mixed curriculum based on SPOC in ophthalmology is good,which will play a positive role in the future ophthalmology teaching reform.
