基于变频控制技术的机井直供系统模式与应用 被引量:1

摘要 梯田灌溉系统,由于垂直高差较大,常存在灌溉压力不均,灌水均匀度不高,灌溉系统安全性较差等问题。为了解决上述问题,提出将变频控制技术应用于梯田灌溉机井直供系统中的变频控制机井直供系统模式,并与高位蓄水池和机井直供等传统梯田灌溉系统模式相比较,结果表明:变频控制机井直供系统模式具有工程投资低,流量偏差率小,灌溉用水量少,耗电量低,同时可有效解决灌溉压力不均导致的灌水均匀度不高的问题。 Due to the large vertical height difference,there are many problems in terraced irrigation system,such as uneven irrigation pressure,low irrigation uniformity and poor safety of irrigation system.In this paper,the frequency conversion control water supply irrigation mode of terrace based on frequency conversion control technology was proposed.Compared with the traditional terraced irrigation modes such as high reservoir water supply mode and well direct supply mode.The results showed that the frequency conversion control water supply mode had the advantages of lower engineering investment,smaller flow deviation rate,less irrigation water consumption and lower power consumption.It could effectively solve the problem of low irrigation uniformity caused by uneven irrigation pressure.
