石仙桃组织培养快速繁殖技术研究

文章基于药用植物石仙桃组织培养快速繁殖技术进行研究,结果显示:以MS母液为基本培养条件,同时添加植物生长调节剂6-BA 1.0,2.0mg/L和IBA 0.1mg/L有利于诱导丛生芽的发生和增殖;培养基中添加6-BA 1.5mg/L和IBA 0.5mg/L有利于芽苗的继代增殖;培养基中添加IBA 1.0mg/L和NAA 0.5mg/L有利于小苗生根和植株生长。苗木移栽成活率达85%以上。

In this paper,the rapid propagation technology of Pholidota chinensis by tissue culture was studied.The results showed that adding 6-BA 1.0,2.0mg/L and IBA 0.1mg/L in MS medium was beneficial to the induction and proliferation of clustered buds.Adding 6-BA 1.5mg/L and IBA 0.5mg/L is suitable for subculture of clustered buds.Adding IBA 1.0mg/L and NAA 0.5mg/L to the culture medium is beneficial to rooting and plant growth.The survival rate of transplanted seedlings is over 85%.
