乡村振兴背景下农村土地整治对策分析

农村经济作为我国国民经济的重要组成部分,是我国经济发展腾飞的基石。2017年10月,在党的十九大报告上,习近平总书记提出乡村振兴战略,将“三农”问题摆在全党工作的首位,突出农民主体地位,坚持农业农村经济优先发展。在乡村振兴战略背景下,长期阻碍农村发展的土地整治问题亟待解决。土地是多数农村居民进行生产活动的重要资源,也是农业经济发展的基础。目前许多农村存在“土地资源利用低效化、土地规划不合理、土地保护不到位”等问题,而农村土地整治工作便是保护农村土地资源,提升农村土地效益的重要手段。基于此,文章阐述了乡村振兴背景下农村土地整治的意义,对现阶段农村土地整治工作存在的问题进行分析,并提出一些解决对策,希望给相关人士一些参考。

As an important part of our national economy,rural economy is the cornerstone of our economic development.In October 2017,in the report of the 19th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of revitalizing the countryside,putting the issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the first place in the work of the whole party,highlighting the dominant position of farmers,and giving priority to the development of agricultural and rural economy.In the context of the strategy of rural revitalization,the problem of land renovation which has hindered rural development for a long time needs to be solved as soon as possible.Land is not only an important resource for most rural residents to carry out production activities,but also the basis of agricultural economic development.At present,there are some problems in many rural areas,such as"inefficient use of land resources,unreasonable land planning,inadequate land protection"and so on,and rural land renovation is an important means to protect rural land resources and improve rural land efficiency.Based on this,this paper expounds the significance of rural land renovation in the context of rural revitalization,analyzes the problems existing in rural land renovation at the present stage,and puts forward some countermeasures,hoping to give some reference to the relevant people.
