摘要
为进一步提高毛纺织品中氯菊酯类防虫蛀剂的提取效率,建立一种高效的定量分析方法。文中对毛织物中的氯菊酯经正己烷:丙酮(4:1)浸泡超声提取、过滤、洗涤布样后合并滤液,并将其旋蒸至近干,再由l mL甲醇定容后,利用2.60 um细粒径液相色谱柱由液相色谱仪分离氯菊酯异构体并对其作定量测定。结果表明,顺式氯菊酯的检出限为0.0316 μg/mL、反式氧菊酯为0.021 l μg/mL。顺、反氯菊酯的标准曲线线性相关系数均大于0.999,线性范围为0.0500~100.0000 μg/mL。在2.00 μg/g.40.00 μg/g的2个添加水平范围内的平均回收率分别为94.08%和97.77%,相对标准偏差(n=7)分别为12.46%和1.46%。
In order to improve the extraction efficiency of permethrin moth proofing agent in wool textiles,aneffective Quantitative analysis method was established.The chamomile in the wool fabric is soaked in n-hexanelacetone(4:1),ultrasonic extraction,filtration,washing cloth samples,and then combined with the filter,and thespin is steamed to near dry,and then the capacity of 1ml methanol is fixed.The chloromethrin Isomer was separatedby liquid chromatography using 2.60 um fine-grained liquid chromatography column and quantified.The detectionlimit of CIS chamomile is 0.0316 μg/mL,and trans chamomile is 0.0211 μg/mL.The linear correlation coefficientsof the standard curves of CIS and antichloromethrin are all greater than 0.999,and the linear range is 00500~100.000 μg/mL.The average recovery rates at the 2 addition levels of 2.00 μg/g and 40.00μg/g were 94.08%and97.77%,respectively,and the relative standard deviations(n=7)were 12.46%and 1.46%,respectively.
