摘要
在分析MR油船主机、发电机和锅炉的设备选型基础上,对48500载重吨油船采用的双燃料供气系统的燃气处理系统、辅助系统、安全系统和自动化系统进行研究,提出了一种满足油船低成本、低污染和低能耗要求的设计方法。此设计方法不仅能够实现无硫排放,还能满足TierⅢ排放标准,可以为今后油船供气系统的设计提供借鉴。
Based on the analysis of the equipment selection of the main engine,generator,and boiler of the MR oil tanker,the gas processing system,auxiliary system,safety system,and automation system of the dualfuel gas supply system adopted by the 48500 DWT oil tanker are studied.Then a design method that meets the requirements of low cost,low pollution,and the low energy consumption is proposed.This design method can not only achieve sulfurfree emissions but also meet Tier3 emission standards,which can provide a reference for the design of oil tanker gas supply systems in the future.
