摘要
食用农产品“一品一码”指一个批次的农产品拥有唯一的一个追溯码。目前,荔城区食用农产品“一品一码”全程追溯体系建设已有74家农产品生产主体纳入福建省食用农产品合格证与一品一码追溯并行系统进行监管,但还存在线上巡查制度不够完善、规模化生产主体赋码意识不足、追溯体系的相关权责清单暂未健全、宣传推广的方式较单一等问题。提出了建立网格化管理方式,有序开展农产品线上巡查;按照网格化管理方式,有针对性开展培训宣传工作;完善并健全农产品追溯体系的相关权责清单;转变方式,开展多样化宣传工作等建议,以期食用农产品合格证与一品一码追溯并行系统能够有条不紊地运行。
One product,one code of edible agricultural products means that a batch of agricultural products has a unique traceability code.At present,74 main producers of edible agricultural products in Licheng District have been included in the parallel system of“one product,one code”traceability of edible agricultural products in Fujian Province for supervision.However,there are still some problems,such as imperfect online supervision system,lack of code awareness of large-scale producers,imperfect list of rights and responsibilities of traceability system,and publicity and promotion formula is simple.At last,some suggestions was puts forward,such as establishing grid management mode,orderly carrying out online inspection of agricultural products,carrying out targeted training and publicity according to grid management mode,improving and perfecting the list of relevant rights and responsibilities of agricultural products traceability system,changing mode and carrying out diversified publicity work,so as to ensure the orderly implementation of the parallel system of edible agricultural products certificate and one product one code traceability function.
