摘要 为了解决实验器材不足、PLC价格昂贵的问题,提出了西门子PLC与组态王软件联合仿真的方法,西门子PLC与组态王联合仿真是以西门子编程软件博途模拟PLC作为下位机,NetToPLCsim与KEPServerEx软件作为中间桥梁,组态王软件作为下位机,通过OPC通讯协议,实现了西门子PLC与组态王软件的联合仿真,该方法不需要外接硬件,只需要通过计算机的软件就能实现西门子PLC与组态王的数据交换,实现上位机对下位机的监控,使用成本极低,非常适合学生和自动化爱好者。以跑马灯实验为例,介绍了西门子PLC从组态到实现与组态王联合仿真的全部过程,具有很大的实际意义。 In order to solve the problems of insufficient experimental equipment and high price of PLC,Siemens PLC and KingView software co-simulation method is put forward in this paper.Siemens PLC and KingView co-simulation is based on Siemens programming software Boto simulation PLC as the lower computer,NetToPLCsim and KEPServerEx software as the intermediate bridge.KingView software as a lower computer,through OPC communication protocol,to achieve Siemens PLC and KingView software co-simulation,this method does not need external hardware,only need to be able to achieve Siemens PLC and KingView data exchange through the computer software,to achieve the monitoring of the upper computer to the lower computer,the use of cost is very low,very suitable for students and automation enthusiasts.The running lamp experiment as an example,this paperintroduces the Siemens PLC from the configuration to the realization of the whole process of co-simulation with the king of configuration,has great practical significance.
