基于模糊理论的脱硫系统故障诊断

Fault Diagnosis of Desulfurization System Based on Fuzzy Theory

为了对脱硫系统进行故障诊断,以石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫系统为研究对象,基于模糊理论针对脱硫系统内常见的浆液品质恶化、喷淋管堵塞、喷嘴磨损等故障进行了诊断。结果表明:采用的故障诊断模型能够准确地诊断出故障问题,为脱硫系统运行诊断提供指导。

In order to diagnose the faults of the desulfurization system,based on the fuzzy theory,the common faults such as the deterioration of slurry quality,the blockage of spray pipe and the wear of nozzle in the limestone gypsum wet desulfurization system are diagnosed in this paper.The results show that the fault diagnosis model used in this paper can accurately diagnose the fault problems and provide guidance for the operation diagnosis of desulfurization system.
