摘要
工业自动化生产过程中常常需要PLC之间进行通信,以太网通信是当前工业控制中应用广泛的通信方式之一。论述了1台S7-300 PLC与2台S7-200 SMART PLC之间通过MCGS触摸屏进行通信控制的实施过程,包括工业自动化的网络结构、硬件电路设计,PLC软件设置及程序编写,MCGS触摸屏的设置过程等。
In the process of industrial automation production,PLC communication is often needed.Ethernet communication is one of the most widely used communication methods in industrial control.This paper discusses the implementation process of communication control between one S7-300 PLC and two S7-200 SMART PLC through the MCGS touch screen.Including industrial automation network structure,hardware circuit design,PLC software setting and programming,MCGS touch screen setting process,etc.
