摘要
近几年伴随着我国科普事业的发展,对科普教育的投入也越来越大,全国各地都纷纷建设新的科技馆。展品是科技馆的灵魂,也是科技馆开展科普教育活动的主要载体。展品的高完好率是科技馆正常运行的重要保障,但是展品的设计制作至今仍无国家和行业标准,导致展品制作质量差,使用周期短,尤其控制系统后期故障多,且维修困难,直接影响科技馆的运行效率和观众的参观体验效果。旨在通过对科技馆展品采用PLC的控制方式进行相关的分析和研究,希望对今后科技馆展品的制作和控制设计方面有一定借鉴价值。
In recent years,with the development of science popularization in China,more and more investment has been made in science popularization education,and new science and technology museums have been built all over the country.Exhibits are not only the soul of science and technology museum,but also the main carrier of science popularization education activities.The high intact rate of exhibits is an important guarantee for the normal operation of the science and technology museum.However,there is still no national and industry standard for the design and production of exhibits,which leads to poor production quality,short service cycle,especially the control system has many late failures and difficult maintenance,which directly affects the operation efficiency of the science and technology museum and the visitors'experience effect.This paper aims to analyze and study the PLC control mode of the exhibits in the science and technology museum,hope it can be used for reference in the production and control design of exhibits in the future science and technology museum.
