剖宫产硬膜外麻醉产妇采用右美托咪定复合罗哌卡因麻醉的临床效果

Clinical effect of dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine anesthesia for parturients undergoing epidural anesthesia in cesarean section

目的探究对剖宫产硬膜外麻醉产妇采用右美托咪定复合罗哌卡因麻醉的临床效果。方法选取2017年5月至2018年6月于本院行剖宫产的66例产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各33例。两组产妇均行硬膜外麻醉,对照组采用罗哌卡因麻醉,观察组采用右美托咪定复合罗哌卡因麻醉,比较两组产妇麻醉效果优良率、麻醉起效时间、阻滞时间、无痛平面时间、镇静时间以及心率变化情况。结果观察组优良率为90.90%,明显高于对照组的45.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组麻醉时间、阻滞时间、无痛平面时间均明显短于对照组,镇静持续时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定复合罗哌卡因对剖宫产硬膜外麻醉产妇镇静效果显著,可降低心率,临床应用价值较高,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of using dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine for anesthesia in women undergoing epidural anesthesia for cesarean section.Methods 66 parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from May 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table meth-od,with 33 cases in each group.Both groups of puerpera underwent epidural anesthesia,the control group was anaesthetized with ropivacaine,and the observation group was anaesthetized with dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine.The excellent rate of anesthesia effect,effective time,block time,painless plane time,sedation time and heart rate were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of obser-vation group was 90.90%,which was significantly higher than 45.45%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The an-esthesia time,block time,and painless plane time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the duration of sedation was longer than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine com-bined with ropivacaine has good sedative effect on women undergoing epidural anesthesia for cesarean section,can reduce heart rate,has high clini-cal application value and is worthy of clinical application.
