西格列汀与二甲双胍联合膳食纤维方案治疗糖尿病肥胖的效果观察

Observation of the effect of the combination of sitagliptin and metformin combined with dietary fiber on diabetes and obesity

目的探究西格列汀与二甲双胍联合膳食纤维方案治疗糖尿病肥胖的效果。方法选取本院2018年2月至2020年2月收治的糖尿病肥胖患者80例,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组给予西格列汀与二甲双胍联合治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用膳食纤维方案治疗,比较两组治疗前后血糖指标、血脂指标、腰臀比(WHR)、体重指数(BMI)及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、WHR、BMI值均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论西格列汀与二甲双胍联合膳食纤维方案治疗糖尿病肥胖可有效降低血糖及血脂水平,并可降低WHR及BMI,且不增加不良反应,安全性较高,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To explore the effect of sitagliptin and metformin combined with dietary fiber in the treatment of obesity in diabetes melli-tus.Methods 80 cases of obese diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sitagliptin and metformin,and the observation group was treated with dietary fiber on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose index,blood lipid index,waist hip ratio(WHR),body mass index(BMI)and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),WHR and BMI in both groups were lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The combination of cggletine and metformin combined with di-etary fiber can effectively reduce blood sugar and blood lipid level,reduce WHR and BMI,and increase adverse reactions and safety,it is worthy of clinical application.
