氨溴索联合布地奈德治疗新生儿肺炎的临床效果评价与安全性分析

Clinical evaluation and safety analysis of ambroxol combined with budesonide in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia

目的探究氨溴索联合布地奈德治疗新生儿肺炎的临床效果与安全性。方法选取本院新生儿科收治的新生儿肺炎患儿88例作为研究对象,随机分为常规组(常规治疗)和观察组(氨溴索联合布地奈德),各44例,比较两组临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗后,观察组PaCO_(2)低于常规组,PaO_(2)指标高于常规组(P<0.05);观察组IL-2、IL-6、IL-10均优于常规组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);两组临床医学观察期间均无明显不良反应发生。结论采用氨溴索联合布地奈德治疗新生儿肺炎患儿效果显著,可明显改善呼吸功能,清除炎症因子,促使疾病转归,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of ambroxol combined with budesonide in the treatment of neonatal pneumo-nia.Methods 88 cases of neonatal pneumonia in the Neonatal Department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and they were ran-domly divided into the routine group(routine treatment)and the observation group(ambroxol combined with budesonide),with 44 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy and safety between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,PaCO_(2)of observation group was lower than that of routine group,and PaO_(2)of observation group was higher than that of routine group(P<0.05).IL-2,IL-6 and IL-10 in observation group were better than those in routine group(P<0.05);the treatment effective rate of observation group was higher than that of routine group(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups during the clinical observation.Conclusion Ambroxol combined with budesonide in the treat-ment of neonatal pneumonia has significant effect,can significantly improve respiratory function,clear inflammatory factors,promote the outcome of the disease,and it is worthy of clinical application.
