左西孟旦治疗老年急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭的疗效及安全性分析

Efficacy and safety of levosimendan in the treatment of senile acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure

目的分析左西孟旦治疗老年急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭的临床疗效及安全性,为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月本院收治的老年急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者86例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组接受常规治疗+左西孟旦治疗,比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组NT-proBNP、hs-CRP水平均低于治疗前,LVEF水平高于治疗前,且观察组NT-proBNP、hs-CRP水平均低于对照组,LVEF水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%,显著高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左西孟旦可提高老年急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者的临床治疗效果,且安全性高,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of levosimendan in the treatment of senile acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure,and to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods 86 elderly patients with senile acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as research subjects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received routine treatment+levosimendan treatment.The clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of NT-probNP and hs-CRP in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the level of LVEF was higher than before treatment,and the levels of NT-probNP and Hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the level of LVEF was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 95.35%,significantly higher than 81.40%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Levosimendan is safe and can improve the clinical effect of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure.It is worthy of clinical application.
