摘要 Sirt1作为一种去乙酰化酶,在遗传、代谢等方面发挥着重要的生物学作用,它在生命的进程中也起着延缓衰老的作用,然而其延缓衰老的机制尚没有明确的定论。本文从氧化应激、热量限制等多个方面阐述了目前可能的机制与相关分子通路,以期为抗衰老药物以及老年病防治的临床研究提供思路与方向。 Sirt1,as a deacetylase,plays an important biological role in genetics and metabolism.It also plays a role in delaying aging in the course of life.However,the mechanism has not yet been clearly concluded.This article describes the current possible mechanisms and related molecular pathways from multiple aspects such as oxidative stress and calorie restriction,in order to provide ideas and directions for clinical research on anti-aging drugs and the prevention and treatment of senile diseases.
