日粮中添加不同水平紫花苜蓿对从江香猪生长性能的影响

Effects of Different Levels of Alfalfa in Diet on Growth Performance of Congjiangxiang Pigs

为探究在全价日粮中添加不同比例紫花苜蓿草粉对贵州从江香猪生长性能的影响,试验选取30头120日龄、体重相近的健康从江香猪育肥猪,随机分为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组和试验Ⅳ组,每组6头猪,设2个重复,每个重复3头猪,对应添加紫花苜蓿草粉水平依次为0、5%、10%、15%、20%,试验期为100 d,测定分析从江香猪生长性能。结果表明:平均日采食量(ADFI)(含苜蓿草粉)试验Ⅰ组高于对照组和试验Ⅳ组,但3组间差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ组ADFI高于对照组、试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅳ组,且与对照组和试验Ⅳ组差异显著(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组采食量最高,与对照组和试验Ⅳ组差异极显著(P<0.01)。对照组平均日增重(ADG)与试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组间差异不显著(P>0.05),试验Ⅳ组ADG最低,显著低于对照组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ组F/G最高,极显著高于对照组、试验Ⅳ组(P<0.01),显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05),对照组、试验Ⅳ组和试验Ⅱ组F/G指标较低,组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合ADFI、ADG和F/G分析,影响从江香猪育肥猪生长性能最优苜蓿添加比例为10%。

To explore the effects of adding different proportions of alfalfa grass meal to the full-price diet on the growth performance of Guizhou Congjiangxiang pigs,30 healthy Congjiangxiang pig fattening pigs of 120 days old and similar weight were selected and randomly divided into a control group,test groupⅠ,test groupⅡ,test groupsⅢandⅣ,six pigs in each group,two replicates,three pigs in each replicate,the corresponding levels of alfalfa meal added were 0,5%,10%,15%and 20%,the test period was 100 days,and the growth performance was determined and analyzed.The results showed that the average daily feed intake(ADFI)(including alfalfa meal)test groupⅠwas higher than the control group and test groupⅣ,but there was no significent difference among the three groups(P>0.05);The feed intake of test groupⅡwas higher than the control group,test groupsⅠandⅣwere significantly different from the control group and test groupⅣ(P<0.05);the feed intake of test groupⅢis the highest,which was extremely different from the control group and test groupⅣ(P<0.01).The ADG of the control group was not significantly different from the test groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢ(P>0.05).The test groupⅣhad the lowest ADG,which was significantly lower than the control group,test groupsⅡ,Ⅲ(P<0.05).The F/G of test groupⅠwas the highest,which was extremely significantly higher than the control group,test groupⅣ(P<0.01),which was significantly higher than test groupⅡ,control group,test groupⅣand test groupⅡ.The F/G index was lower,and the difference between the groups was not significant(P>0.05).Based on the analysis of ADFI,ADG,and F/G,the optimal alfalfa addition ratio that affected the growth performance of Congjiangxiang pig fattening pigs was 10%.
