牡丹籽粉对雌性小鼠生理指标的影响及其排泄规律研究

Effects of Peony Seed Powder on Physiological Indexes and Excretion in Female Mice

为了研究牡丹籽粉对雌性小鼠生理指标的影响及其在小鼠体内的排泄规律,连续8周灌胃牡丹籽粉混悬液后,通过测定小鼠体重、脏器湿重、血清生化指标、血常规指标,用于评价生理指标的变化;一次性灌胃牡丹籽粉混悬液后,运用高效液相色谱法测定小鼠粪便和尿液中芍药苷的含量,用于评价排泄规律。结果显示:牡丹籽粉对小鼠体重、血清生化指标、血常规指标以及脏体比无影响;一次性灌胃后,牡丹籽粉在24 h内排泄率可达90%以上,在72 h内即可排泄完全。说明牡丹籽粉对雌性小鼠生长性能以及部分生理指标无影响且排泄迅速。

In order to evaluate the effects of peony seed powder on physiological indexes and excretion regularity in female mice,the eight weeks intragastric administration was carried out,and the body weight,organ wet weight,serum biochemical indexes and hematological indexes were determined.In addition,the content of paeoniflorin in feces and urine of mice was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)to evaluate the excretion.The results showed that there were no effects on body weight,serum biochemistry,hematology and visceral body ratio of mice.After one-time intragastric administration,the excretion rate of peony seed powder was more than 90% within 24 hours,and it could be completely excreted within 72 hours.Those results indicated that peony seed powder had no effect on growth performance and physiological indexes of female mice and excreted rapidly.
