替抗复合添加剂对生长肉兔生长性能的影响

Effects of Dietary Supplementation of a Combination of Substitute Antibiotic Additives on Growth Performance of Rarebits

试验旨在研究具有抗生素作用的博落回提取物、丁酸钠和酸化剂按照一定比例进行复合的添加剂对肉兔生长性能、腹泻率和死亡率的影响,选用150只体重相近、身体健康状况良好的35日龄断奶肉兔,随机分成3组,每组50个重复,每个重复1只,3组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加替抗复合添加剂低(5 kg)、中(6 kg)、高(7 kg)3种不同水平的试验饲粮,预试期7 d,正试期23 d。结果表明:断奶肉兔日粮中添加博落回、丁酸钠和酸化剂复合添加剂能够降低腹泻率、提高成活率和提高生产性能,效果对添加剂量有一定依赖性。

The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of antibiotic additives,such as macleaya cordata extract,sodium butyrate and Acidifier,on growth performance,diarrhea rate and mortality of meat rabbits.One hundred and fifty 35 day old weaned rabbits with similar body weight and good health were randomly divided into three groups with 50 replicates in each group and one in each replicate.According to the same proportion of each component and different dosages,the three groups were fed the same basic daily dosage,three different levels of diets were added,low(5 kg),medium(6 kg)and high(7 kg).The pre-test period was 7 days and the main test period was 23 days.The results showed that:diarrhea rate,mortality and growth performance index of weaning rabbits,adding compound additives of macleaya,sodium butyrate and acidifier to weaning rabbits'diet could reduce diarrhea,improve survival rate and production performance,the effect depends on the dosage,the interaction effect between single components and more reasonable dosages needed to be further studied.
