摘要
随着中国石油天然气勘探开发难度的逐步加大,工程技术需求对石油工作人员提出了更高的挑战。为解决石油钻完井与压裂领域中的技术难题,国内外各大研发机构与公司均针对膨胀管技术展开了攻关研究与试验,取得了积极进展。通过等直径膨胀管钻井技术研究与试验,为解决多压力体系层段井漏、井塌等钻井技术难题提供了有效技术手段。可膨胀衬管重复压裂技术、膨胀金属封隔器的开发与试验,进一步拓展了膨胀管技术的应用范围,为油气井经济、高效开发提供更多方案选择。
With the increasing diff iculty of oil and gas exploration and development in China,the engineering and technical demand poses higher challenges to the petroleum staff.In order to solve the technical problems in oil drilling and fracturing,major research and development institutions and companies have conducted key research and tests on expansion pipe technology and made positive progress.The drilling technology research and test of equal diameter expansion pipe provides effective technical means to solve the well leakage and well collapse of multi-pressure system section.The development and test of repeated fracturing technology and technology of expansion metal packer further expand the application scope of expansion pipe technology Economic and eff icient development of oil and gas wells provides more scheme options.
