基于全生命周期高含硫用双金属复合管的施工质量控制

摘要 以剑阁区块礁滩气藏试采地面工程用UNS N08825双金属复合管为背景,针对高含硫气田开发的特点,从制造、施工阶段分别阐述了高含硫气田开发用UNS N08825双金属复合管及管件质量控制措施。从双金属复合管道的全生命周期出发,在制造阶段精细控制影响现场施工的各项技术参数,施工阶段对比选择合适的焊接工艺及无损检测方法,规范现场焊接工艺、无损检测执行,对高含硫用UNS N08825双金属复合管及施工质量控制具有重要意义。 Based on the UNS N08825 bimetallic composite pipe used for the test production of the reef-shoal gas reservoir in the Jiange block,this article describes the UNS N08825 for the development of the high-sulfur gas f ield from the manufacturing and construction stages according to the characteristics of the development of high-sulfur gas f ields.Quality control measures for bimetallic composite pipes and f ittings.Starting from the full life cycle of the bimetallic composite pipeline,various technical parameters affecting on-site construction are f inely controlled during the manufacturing stage,the appropriate welding process and non-destructive testing method are selected during the construction stage,and the on-site welding process and the implementation of non-destructive testing are standardized.UNS N08825 bimetallic composite pipe for sulfur and construction quality control are of great signif icance.
