摘要 高频红外碳硫分析仪通过高频发生器发生高频振荡,使助熔剂产生涡流热效应,样品中C以CO_(2)形式释放出来,经红外检测器检出,得到分析结果。土壤中的总碳(TC)直接称取样品,加入助熔剂后上机测定检出;通过在样品中加入少量酸去除碳酸盐中的碳(CO_(2)),加入助熔剂后上机测定即得到有机碳(Corg)的含量;通过总碳减去有机碳即得到二氧化碳的含量。文章根据以上思路,实验探究出利用高频红外碳硫仪测定土壤样品中的总碳、有机碳、二氧化碳的方法,其中总碳的检出限是0.011%,精密度为1.60%~4.65%,有机碳的检出限是0.010%,精密度为2.34%~5.60%,测定结果符合国家一级标准物质标准值,该方法可以简单高效的测定出土壤和水系沉积物样品中的总碳、有机碳、二氧化碳。 The high-frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer generates high-frequency oscillation through the high-frequency generator to produce eddy current thermal effect of flux.C in the sample is released in the form of CO_(2),which is detected by the infrared detector to obtain the analysis results.The total carbon(TC)in soil is directly weighed and detected by computer after adding flux;The carbon(CO_(2))in carbonate is removed by adding a small amount of acid to the sample,and the content of organic carbon(Corg)is determined on the machine after adding flux;The content of carbon dioxide is obtained by subtracting organic carbon from total carbon.According to the above ideas,this paper experimentally explores the method of using high-frequency infrared carbon sulfur instrument to determine total carbon,organic carbon and carbon dioxide in soil samples.The detection limit of total carbon is 0.011%,the precision is 1.60%~4.65%,the detection limit of organic carbon is 0.010%,and the precision is 2.34%~5.60%.The determination results meet the standard values of national f irst-class reference materials,This method can simply and eff iciently determine the total carbon,organic carbon and carbon dioxide in soil and stream sediment samples.
