Analysis of Risk Management and Safety Evaluation of Offshore Oil Drilling Operation

海洋石油钻井作业是一项高风险的作业活动。其安全性直接关系到作业生产人员的生命安全,必须引起勘探开采企业的高度重视。文章通过对海洋石油钻井作业中存在的风险问题及造成原因进行分析,从加强对作业中井喷的风险管控、油气泄漏的风险管控、火灾防爆风险管控等方面,提出了海洋石油钻井平台作业风险管控的对策。

Offshore oil drilling is a high-risk activity.Its safety is directly related to the life safety of the working personnel,so it must be attached great importance to by exploration and exploitation enterprises.This paper analyzes the risk problems existing in offshore oil drilling operations and the causes,from several aspects of the strengthening of blowout risk control in the operation,oil and gas leakage risk control and f ire explosion risk control,puts forward the offshore oil drilling platform risk control countermeasures.
