摘要
某石化4000万吨/年炼化一体化项目2#50万Nm^(3)/h重整氢提浓装置2125-K-1302A往复式压缩机采用的是HRCS气量无级调节系统,该系统实现了压缩机负荷0%(30%)~100%范围内的无级调节,压缩机通过只对实际需要的气量进行压缩,从而能够达到大幅度节能降耗,提质增效的目的。文章对HRCS系统的组态控制原理进行探讨及解析,在DCS系统中实现压缩机气量的调节和控制功能,以及HRCS系统的投用和切除功能。
The 2125-k-1302a reciprocating compressor in the 2×500 KTPA reforming hydrogen concentration unit of a 40 million T/a ref ining and chemical integration project of a petrochemical company adopts the HRCs gas volume stepless regulation system,which realizes the stepless regulation within the range of 0%(30%)to 100%of the compressor load.By compressing only the actual gas volume,the compressor can achieve signif icant energy saving and consumption reduction,The purpose of improving quality and eff iciency.This paper discusses and analyzes the conf iguration control principle of HRCs system,realizes the adjustment and control function of compressor gas volume in DCS system,as well as the operation and removal function of HRCs system.
