含厌氧氨氧化菌生物膜在上流式管膜曝气反应器中的作用

摘要 短程硝化-厌氧氨氧化工艺是近些年厌氧氨氧化菌研究中可以应用于中试、实际污水处理厂处理流程中的重要脱氮工艺,其对曝气量的低需求极大地节省了脱氮工艺流程的能耗成本。但是由于厌氧氨氧化菌在高溶解氧水体中活性会被抑制,故精准控制水体溶解氧浓度,即曝气量成为了短程硝化-厌氧氨氧化工艺中菌种控制与菌群活性控制的关键点。而管膜曝气可以通过对管膜两端的气压进行控制来调节管膜在水体中的曝气量,以精准控制水体溶解氧浓度,来找到氨氧化菌与厌氧氨氧化菌同时达到最高氨氮去除率的平衡点。文章就管膜曝气应用于连续上流式反应器中的厌氧氨氧化菌与氨氧化菌耦合粒状生物膜进行了小试探究,以验证其优劣性以及实用性。 In recent years,in the process of anaerobic ammonium oxidation(ANAMMOX)bacteria studies,Partial-nitrif ication-ANAMMOX process has been applied to several pilot-scale tests and industrial full-scale plants.As a major nitrogen removal process,its low-level dissolved oxygen demand maximally saves the budget of energy consumption of the nitrogen removal process.However,due to the suppressed activity of ANAMMOX bacteria in the high-dissolved oxygen circumstance,precisely controlling the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the water body(or the rate of aeration)is becoming a key point of regulating the bacteria community and the bacteria activity during the Partial-nitrif ication-ANAMMOX process.In addition,in order to reach the maximum nitrogen removal rate of the simultaneous reactions between the ammonia oxidizing bacteria and the ANAMMOX bacteria,the concentration of dissolved oxygen should be precisely controlled by modifying the air pressure of silicon membrane pipe in the water body.This study applied the Partialnitrif ication-ANAMMOX process in the laboratory-scale granular nitritation-anammox of the upflow membrane-aerated biof ilm system,in order to verify the advantages and the utilities of the Partial-nitrif ication-ANAMMOX process and the membrane-aeration.
