摘要
电脱水器作为海上采油平台原油脱水处理的最后一级设备,其处理效果的好坏直接关系到外输原油的质量。同时部分经过电脱水器处理合格后的原油会直接作为平台原油主机的燃料,因此对电脱水器的处理效果要求极高。文章对海上采油平台电脱水器的结构原理进行了介绍,并在此基础上对电脱水器在运行过程中经常出现的问题进行了分析,同时结合现场实践提出了不同工况的解决方案。
As the last crude oil dehydration treatment equipment of the offshore oil production platform,the treatment effect of the electric dehydrator is directly related to the quality of the external crude oil transmission.At the same time,some crude oil qualif ied after the dehydrator will be directly used as the fuel of the crude oil host of the platform,so the treatment effect of the dehydrator is very high.This paper introduces the structural principle of the dehydrator on offshore oil production platform,and analyzes the problems and proposes the solutions of different working conditions for the daily monitoring and operation of the dehydrator.
