摘要 在石油天然气开采及钻井作业的过程中,井喷事故是危险系数较高的安全事故之一,为了充分保障井喷事故的发生得到控制,确保钻井作业的顺利开展,中国相关企业会在钻井作业的井口安装井控防喷设备。而由于井控设备通常结构复杂,并且需要众多的零件组装,有着较大的体积。同时,井控设备十分精密,因此零部件磨损的情况也经常发生,部分零部件的失效会导致安全隐患。因此针对井控防喷器进行定时的检测与维护有着十分重要的作用与意义。文章就井控防喷器检测与维护做出探究。 In the process of oil and gas mining and drilling operation,the blowout accident is one of the safety accidents with high risk coeff icient.In order to fully control the blowout accident and ensure the smooth development of drilling operation,relevant enterprises will install well control blowout prevention equipment at the drilling wellhead.Because the well control equipment is usually complex structure,and requires many parts assembly,with a large volume.At the same time,the well control equipment is very precise,so the wear of the parts will often occur,and the failure of some parts will lead to safety risks.Therefore,it is very important role and signif icance to conduct the detection and maintenance of well control BOP.This paper explores the detection and maintenance.
