摘要
泄漏检测与修复作为设备动静密封点VOCs排放控制的可行技术,已广泛应用于石化企业。不同的密封点标识方法是困扰企业及检测人员的主要问题。文章采用层次分析法,从不同角度对比分析目前比较主流的密封点标识方法中照片法与挂牌法的优劣性,结果表明基于中国现状,密封点标识方法中照片法优于挂牌法。
Leak detection and repair,as a feasible technology for the control of VOCs emissions from equipment’s dynamic and static sealing points,has been widely used in petrochemical companies.Different sealing point identif ication methods are the main problems that bother companies and inspectors.In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process is used to compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the photo method and the listing method in the mainstream seal point identif ication methods from different perspectives.The results show that based on the current situation in China,the photo point method is better than the listing method.
