不凝气常温油吸收装置运行参数的优化 被引量:1

摘要 原稳装置设计日处理不凝气9000 m^(3),设计日产轻烃15 t,油吸收装置产烃收率16.67 t/104 m^(3)。但在实际运行中由于供气量不足、空冷器温度高、吸收塔压力低等问题影响油吸收装置产烃收率。针对不凝气吸收装置的运行现状,通过对吸收塔运行压力与温度的调整,配合塔顶油吸收量的调整,争取使气液接触时达到油吸收的最优状态,稳定油吸收装置产烃收率,从而达到增加轻烃收率和C2以上组分的回收率的效果,实现产量和经济效益同步增加。 The design daily treatment of non condensable gas of the original stable unit is 9000 m^(3),The designed daily output of light hydrocarbon is 15 tons,and the hydrocarbon yield of oil absorption unit is 16.67 t/104m^(3).However,in actual operation,due to insuff icient gas supply,high temperature of air cooler and low pressure of absorber,the hydrocarbon yield of oil absorption unit is affected.In view of the operation status of the non condensable gas absorption unit,through the adjustment of the operating pressure and temperature of the absorption tower and the adjustment of the oil absorption capacity at the top of the tower,strive to achieve the optimal state of oil absorption when gas-liquid contact,stabilize the hydrocarbon yield of the oil absorption unit,so as to increase the yield of light hydrocarbons and the recovery of components above C2,and realize the synchronous increase of output and economic benef its..
