摘要
丛梗霉皮伞属(Moniliophthora)为伞菌目(Agaricales)小皮伞科(Marasmiaceae)一个热带分布属,该属中的某些种类可导致严重的植物病害.通过形态学研究和分子系统学分析发现了丛梗霉皮伞属的1个中国新记录种——白毛丛梗霉皮伞(M.canescens).基于中国材料对该种进行重新描述,补充了形态特征和地理分布数据.基于中国材料获得的ITS、LSU、RPB2和EF1-α序列已提交至GenBank数据库,研究标本保存在海南医学院菌物标本馆.
Moniliophthora is a tropical genus of Marasmiaceae,certain species causes severe plant pathogen.Moniliophthora canescens is proved to occur in Hainan province of China based on morphological studies and molecular phylogeny.A complete description was provided with supplements to its morphological features.The ITS,LSU,RPB2 and EF1-αsequences were obtained and submitted to GenBank.Voucher specimen was deposited in the Fungarium of Hainan Medical University.
