HPW/Sapo-18 Catalysts in the Preparation of Methyl Levulinate by Alcoholysis of Biomass

摘要 采用水热法及浸渍法制备系列H3PW12O40(HPW)/Sapo-18负载型多酸催化剂(x HPW/Sapo-18,x为10%、20%、30%、40%、50%),研究其在甲醇介质中催化生物质制备乙酰丙酸甲酯(ML)的催化性能,通过XRD、FT-IR、BET和NH3-TPD等表征催化剂的性质和结构.结果表明:HPW成功负载在Sapo-18分子筛上.当以纤维素和玉米秸秆为原料时,催化剂的BrΦnsted酸性和Lewis酸性协同作用,在0.4 g 20%HPW/Sapo-18、0.2 g底物、180℃、6 h可获得40.61%(纤维素)和35.82%(玉米秸秆)的ML产率;催化剂具有良好的可重复使用性,循环使用3次后,催化活性略有降低. A series of H3PW12O40( HPW)/Sapo-18 supported heteropolyacid catalysts( x HPW/Sapo-18,x = 10%,20%,30%,40%,50%) were prepared by hydrothermal method and impregnation method. The catalytic performance of H3PW12O40( HPW)/SAPO-18 supported heteropolyacid catalysts was investigated for the synthesis of methyl levulinate( ML) from biomass in methanol.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,FT-IR,BET and NH3-TPD,and the results showed that HPW was successfully supported on Sapo-18.When cellulose and corn straw were chosen as raw materials,the acidity of BrΦnsted and Lewis of catalyts had a synergistic effect on the preparation of ML.Under the condition of 0.4 g,HPW/Sapo-18 20%,0.2 g substrates,180 ℃ and 6 h,the satisfied ML yields can be obtained with 40.61% of cellulose and 35.82% of corn stalks.The catalyst has good repea-table usability and the catalytic activity was slightly reduced after 3-time recycle.
