党建引领下创新与发展乡贤文化的若干思考--以浙江省绍兴市大山西村为分析个案

Reflections on Innovation and Development of the Country Sage Culture Under the Guidance of Party Construction:Taking Village D in Shaoxing City,Zhejiang Province as an Analysis Case

党建引领是保证乡村振兴战略精准落实的基础,推动着基层治理工作顺利开展。调查显示,绍兴市大山西村在党建引领下以乡贤文化为核心并对此进行创新与发展:通过对乡贤资源的选树与发掘,培育乡贤文化所需的充足后备人才;通过对乡贤组织的建构与拓展,整合乡贤文化依托的有效资源平台;通过对特色品牌的培育与完善,发挥乡贤文化独特的内在潜力。在乡村治理现代化背景下,为了进一步推进党建引领下的乡贤文化创新发展,需重视乡贤资源的选树与挖掘,健全完善乡贤组织并明确组织职责;需保持独有的乡贤文化特色品牌,凸显乡贤文化的乡土性和亲民性;需坚持党的领导地位和乡贤主导地位的有机统一,明确两者之间互相依存、互相影响的辩证关系。

The guidance of party construction is to ensure the precise implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and promote the smooth development of grassroots governance.The investigation shows that under the leadership of the party building,Village D in Shaoxing city centers on the village sage culture and makes some innovation and development:By selecting and exploring the village sage resources,we can better nurture sufficient reserve talents for the village sage culture;through the construction and expansion of the village sage organization,we mean to integrate the effective resource platform on which the village sage culture depends;and by effectively cultivating and significantly improving the characteristic brands,we hope the unique inherent potential of the village sage culture can be better brought into play.It is necessary to adhere to the organic unity of the leading position of the Party and the dominant position of the rural sages,and clarify the dialectical relationship between the two.
