摘要
理工科院校专业课教师教学内容的双重维度、教学课程的双重任务、教学对象的双重需求决定了其教书育人的双重责任。但当前理工科院校专业课教师存在重教书轻育人的单维教学理念、重言传轻身教的单向教育方法、重智育轻德育的单一考评机制等问题。因此,理工科院校专业课教师,必须坚定教书育人的教育信念、坚持言传和身教相统一的教学方法,构建教书育人的长效机制。
The dual responsibilities of teaching and education are determined by the dual dimensions of teaching contents,the dual tasks of teaching courses and the dual needs of teaching objects.But currently,there are some problems in the professional course teachers of science and engineering colleges and universities,such as the one-dimensional teaching idea of emphasizing course teaching rather than student education,the one-way education method of stressing instructing the students in words instead of deeds,and the single assessment mechanism of focusing on intellectual education rather than moral education.Therefore,teachers of professional courses in science and engineering colleges and universities are expected to strengthen their educational beliefs of both teaching and education,adhere to the unified teaching method of instructing both in words and in deeds,and build a long-term mechanism of teaching and education.
