东北地区乡村社区活化更新策略研究

Study on Strategy of Activation and Renewal of Rural Communities in Northeast China

随着中国城市化进程加快,乡村社区空心化日趋严重,人居环境品质及活力有待提升,寻求适宜的方法实现乡村社区的活化更新已迫在眉睫。本文以黑龙江省大庆市肇源县新站镇新肇社区为例,从功能结构、建筑质量、道路交通、景观节点、公共服务设施五个方面对乡村社区的活化更新进行探讨,旨在营造舒适的人居环境,以期为东北地区乡村社区的活化更新提供参考。

With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the hollowing out of rural communities is becoming more and more serious.The quality and vitality of human settlement environment need to be improved.Therefore,it is urgent to find appropriate methods to realize the activation and renewal of rural communities.Taking Xinzhao Community in Zhaoyuan County,Daqing City,Heilongjiang Province as an example,this paper discusses the revitalization and renewal of rural communities from five aspects,including functional structure,building quality,road traffic,landscape node and public service facilities,in order to create a comfortable living environment and provide reference for the revitalization and renewal of rural communities in Northeast China.
